International Customers & International Shipping
Glenbryde has years of experience shipping clocks to customers all over the world. As an international customer you can rest assured that you will receive the same great service as customers based in the UK. All clocks shipped overseas are carefully packed and are fully insured for complete peace of mind. For shipments sent by courier we provide you with the ability to track your order. For larger shipments such as Grandfather clocks which would travel on a pallet or in a custom made crate, we would use a specialist shipper who can organise everything from collection, air freight booking, customs declarations and delivery to your home.
Customers outside the EU are exempt from paying UK VAT and this charge will be removed from the total cost. However, please note that some countries outside of the EU charge you customs import duty/tax which you will be required to pay before your order is delivered.
